Good News to All 2022 Intern Teachers As Teachers’ Service Commission Plan Employ On Permanent Basis

2022 intern teachers can afford a smile after the the big announcement from Teachers Service Commission promises to employ them on permanent and pensionable terms.

As stated by the commission’s acting director of staffing Joseph Mugele, the group will be confirmed as permanent and pensionable teacher in the forthcoming teacher employemmnt where the government seeks to employ 35,550 teachers to meet the hundred percent transition program and introduction junior .

The interview exercise started on 13 January, and recruitment documents are slated for February 6.

Mr. Mugele requested the human resource to maintain the payroll details of interns as they await for confirmation.

The 35,550 teacher recruitment is the first phase of employing 116,000 teachers, The president talked about when the CEO, Nancy Macharia reported of a deficit of 114,581 teachers.

In december, TSC reported that out of yeh 35,550 teacher, 10,000 will be employed on permanent and pensionable terms while the rest will serve as interns.

The 10,000 will be further subdivided into two, 9000 will be deployed to secondary schools and the remaining primary schools.
