Buyela Keffa Wekesa is a former student at Teremi boys high school who scored a C plus in his 2020 K.C.S.E examinations and secured a place at Kaimosi where he was scheduled to pursue his tertiary education.
Keffa Buyela comes from Saboti Constitutiency in Transnzoia county and raised from a humble family where the parents work as casuals to secure food for the family and save a little to take care of school fees and other expenses.
Through Hon Joseph Pepela Foundation the family can now have a sigh of relief as the matter is on desk and logistics underway to clear the fees arrears amounting to one hundred and forty five at Teremi boys high school to enable Keffa join Kitale National Polytechnic to pursue higher learning.
The Saboti Constitutiency top Parliamentary hopeful Joseph Pepela has won the hearts of many Saboti residents and has secured the title "people's MP" because of his charitable deeds to the people of Saboti.
For the last three months only the Ford Kenya Secretary General in Transnzoia county through his foundation has sponsored more than ten students to join secondary schools and enabled others to pursue their education.
