Today, police in machakos sponsored one of the students who had scored 403 marks in Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE). They did this by teaming up to sponsor needy secondary school student.

They conducted a fund raiser and managed to raise Ksh. 200,000 for Simon Muthama. His parents could not afford secondary school fees despite their son scoring good marks in his examinations.

This action by the police has shown that humanity still exists. A good example to be emulated by other people in our country Kenya. Seeing somebody's child with big dreams but financial could not allowed to continue with his studies is really disgusting.
Therefore, Simon Muthama will now continue with his studies successfully after his fees has been cleared. Police are hoping that he will realize his dreams later and did the same to other children in future.
Good work to the police officers for this action in enhancing learning for children from poor backgrounds.
