The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) which is currently under the chairmanship of Professor John Onsati is the national body responsible for overseeing national examinations in the country Kenya
The council was generally established under the Kenya National Examinations Council Act Cap 225A of the Laws of Kenya in the year 1980 In 2012 this act was repealed in 2012 and replaced with KNEC Act No.29 of 2012.
Following the expected national examinations for the year 2022, that is Kenya certificate of secondary education and the Kenya National examination of primary education, the KNEC has given out timetable for the onset of Business and technical examinations that will take place from 17th of October 2021 to December 17th 2021 a period of two months
To obtain the business and the technical timetable, the facilitators are directed to obtain the timetable through the KNEC website by clicking on the news under circulars and guidelines to access the two timetables
