It has been revealed by Daily Nation that the government of kenya has issued a new order pertaining Competency Best Curriculum (CBC). It has been a morning shocker to teachers and parents after being revealed that Grade six Learners will remain in primary schools for the next three years. This has been ruled out after three days of sitting National Exam. The government has suggested that the results will be used to identify gaps in the new curriculum.
The Government adopted some radical measures after recommendations from experts. On of the measure adopted was that Junior secondary schools Grade 7, Grade 8, and Grade 9 will be domiciled in the existing primary schools.
