This comes after the administration barred them from attending a match between Manchester United and Liverpool in the English Premier League (EPL).

According to reports students are unhappy, tensions began to rise when students objected to the administration's decision to transform their entertainment hall into an extra dormitory during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Things came to a head on Sunday night, when students rioted and vandalized property of unknown value, prompting school officials to call in reinforcements from the Karatina police station.

Unrest in educational institutions has posed a danger to both learning and teaching operations. The ministry of education, as well as other stakeholders, should put an end to this deplorable behavior.
