The Higher Education Loan Board HELB has the mandate to issue the learners who are eligible and are needy at thesame time the loan for the continuation of the futher studies after the secondary education.
Over quite number of years now, the higher education loan board has greatly increase the education level of most of the citizens as compared to before where the learners could easily terminate their studies and go for other alternatives due to the problem of raising tution fees.
Till current, the board is still paving ways for different citizens who are willing to persue education in various ranks and this has made the HELB platform to communicate with the civil servants in the national government, county government and the national police service.
HELB has therefore invited this group to apply for the civil servant training revolving fund loan via the HELB portal.
However the loan application is opened to those persuing their post-graduate studies.
Potential applicants are therefore advised to hurry by visiting the HELB website for faster application
