Lilian Muli Attracts Mixed Reactions After She Called Nyambaria Boys Little Known School in Nyamira

The 2022 candidates got their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education KCSE results yesterday after the Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu released them officially.

More than 800,000 students sat for 2022 KCSE and according to the CS around 1,000 scored grade A. At the same time, the number of those who scored a university entry grade(C+) increased to 178,000.

Several schools have performed well in the 2022 KCSE examination with several prominent schools sending all their candidates to university.

Yesterday night during the #FridayNight at Citizen Television Lilian Muli called Nyambaria Boys High School a little-known school from Nyamira County.

This happened as she was reporting that Nyambaria Boys topped the 2022 KCSE nationally as it defeated the known giants in the country.

Nyambaria Boys had 488 candidates and all of them scored a B plain and above as the school posted a mean score of 10.8975.

What left many citizens puzzled is how Lilian Muli decided to call Nyambaria Boys a little-known school yet it has been performing before and is known across the country.

Here are some of their reactions.

Elijah Nyangeri. Never say a little-known school. It is a national school. You need to apologize for that.

Wycliffe Onyari. You have mastered negativity to the Kisii region until now you are calling the great Nyambaria High a little-known school. This is unfair because this is demeaning.

In my view, we should appreciate the schools that did well and pray that they continue doing it like that every time.

Remember, education is key to anyone's success in life. If you want to start a business you need to have the required knowledge and it is only found in our schools, colleges, and universities.
