Now TSC through their Chief Executive officer, Nancy Macharia has made this news to them as the commission has assured that as they are going to start recruitment process they are going to consider old teachers first.A teacher who is 30 years old and graduated in 2021 is likely to have a higher ranking as compared to a teacher who graduated in 2019 but is aged 27.
She claims that the system will give teachers who are 50 years old 25 marks as soon as they show up for the interview. Also on the other hand she claims that they are taking this action to guarantee that all of the instructors are employed before they reach retirement age. She declared that individuals who are elderly and those who graduated a long time will receive preference on the TSC scorecard. The service had revealed that it will employ all old teachers before considering this young teachers. This is a good idea since the whole country has many qualified teachers who have not yet been employed by the government.
