Addressing via Basic Education Principal Secretary Belio Kipsang today the 5th of December 2022, the Kenyan Government has announced that distribution of this year's Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education national examinations will be conducted by teachers.
The PS divulged that the administration of national examinations had been militarized by the past regime and that the current regime was catapulting away from that practice.
He articulated that it is only in the education sector where police officers took a centre stage in the administration of national examinations. He wondered why doctors were not been designated a police officer to oversee a surgical procedure.
