The debuty governor of Kericho county Hon.Lily Ng'ok Kirui was yesterday talking to the form four leavers who are going to join the tertiary institutions soon.As she was talking in at a funeral in Kapchorwa village in Kipkelion ward in Kipkelion west sub county.
She said that she is urging students intending to join higher learning institutions to settle on market driven courses and carers as this will help them have a better life in future.She also said that by settling on the such courses,the students will bring betterment to the county of Kericho.
She further urged the parents, teachers and professionals to offer proper career guidance to the students.She said that this will help in avoiding driving of graduates to streets due to lack of better jobs for them.
She also encouraged the students who didn't attain the minimum grade to university to enroll in vocational training centers and get equipped with technical skills.
