It has been a few tough days for the students of Masinde Muliro university of science and technology.The institution located in Kakamega county has lost 2 students in the space of less than 1 week .
Barely one week after resuming the semester Jonathan who was a student at the institution was stabbed to death in the event of trying to rescue a female counterpart from being attacked by armed thugs.
The student sustained injuries and was pronounced death on arrival at the kakamega referral hospital.
Earlier today the institution woke up to terrifying news as yet another comrade was announced to have lost his life in the school residence.
Anthony who was a first year student and residing in hall three who had health complications sadly completed his journey on Earth today morning.
A statement from the dean of students was released requesting the students to keep calm as farther investigations are being done.
It is really sad to loose a young soul who the family has invested heavily on.It is the task of university students to take a look at their fellow students to check on their well being.
