How To Check Your TSC Registration Status

Before you check your registration status you must have already registered in the Teachers Service Commission portal. After successfully completing the teachers service commission registration TSC will review your application and get back to you within the thirty days of your application.

After a successful registration Teachers Service Commission will issue you with a Certificate of Registration and it will also publish a list, annually, of registered teachers.

To check the status of your registration online do the following;

Step 1) Go to your browser and visit the Teachers Service commission online portal.

Step 2) Click on registration status.

Step 3) Enter your identification number or your passport number then click go. You will be able to receive a Teachers Service commission registration confirmation.

Circumstances that may make TSC deny your registration include.

1) Questionable characters.

2) Lack of academic and professional qualifications.

3) Having a criminal offence.

4) having a physical or mental illness

5) If it is proven that you engaged in activities that are prejudicial to peace, good governance and good order in Kenya.
