According to the report it has recommended that junior secondary schools to be domiciled in secondary schools rather than in primary schools. The ministry went further to give a reason that primary schools have inadequate laboratories where's there are enough of them in secondary schools. On the other hand those teachers who have been employed in junior secondary schools are the secondary teachers are who will tackle only two subjects. They went further that P1 teachers does not have skills to handle Secondary Schools and finally one teacher can not teach 14 subjects. This has sound as bad news especially to the ministry of education.
