The teachers service commission (TSC) has directed that all the registered teachers should update their profile. By registered it means a teacher with a TSC number and their detailed captured in the TSC database.
The deadline for updating the profile is already set to be on 30th of November, 2021 and the day is fast approaching, actually, it's only two months from now.
For you to access and manage your profile, you will need to visit the tsc website and select online service, or alternatively, search tsc online services from your browser using either smartphone or computer.
To log in to your portal, you will be required to key in your tsc number, Id number and phone number. A code will then be send through SMS to your phone and once you key in the code, your profile will open.
In the first step, you will be required to fill in your personal information which may include your home county, subcounty, division and zone. You then proceeded to give details of your current and permanent physical address. Most other personal details are captured as you were filling in for the TSC number.
The second section will then require you to fill in your academic qualifications and upload certificates. This will be for primary, secondary and college or university level. At this section, you are required to upload a minimum of 3 certificates and a maximum of 4.
The final step will be to upload other documents which may include your transcripts, ID, Passport photo among others. At this section, you are supposed to upload as many documents as you have but there are some which are mandatory to be uploaded.
The mandatory are KRA pin, GP 69 medical form, Passport Photo, Transcripts and ID.
All these documents are supposed to be in PDF format.
