Education currently is growing to be a life pillar in Kenya and even the world at large. Through education, young unexperienced Kenyans are taught and nurtured holistically in terms of behaviour and their abilities hence conforming to the literary definition of education as the total process of developing human abilities and behaviours.
In Kenya, the cornerstone of education is laid at primary, improved at secondary and advanced at higher institutions of learning. Currently both the primary and secondary schools in Kenya are on the 2021 first term holliday that is set to elapse on 10th October 2021 which is next week.
The schools will resume with 2021 second term tomorrow on 11th October 2021 that will not have any halfterm but holliday after the end of the term's activities. Since we are on the 10th month, the festive Christmas session is near hence the schools will close for the December holliday on 24th December 2021 until 2nd January 2022 according to the ministry of education calendar as shown below;
