Kimilili member of Parliament, Hon Didmus Barasa, who is a member of United Democratic Alliance party and a diehard supporter of president William Ruto is among those who graduated today from Mount Kenya University, one of the leading private universities in the country.
He graduated with degree of Master of public administration and management. Taking to his social media accounts, Barasa directed his success to Hon David Wafula Wakoli who was seeking to be elected as Bungoma senator in a by-election which was held yesterday.
Wakoli is s member of Wetangula's Ford Kenya and the provisional results indicates that he's currently leading in that race.
According to Didmus Barasa, Wakoli's dedication to his job has really encouraged him and that's why he dedicated his academic achievement to him.
"Today I have graduated with a degree of Master of Public Administration and Management at Mount Kenya University," said Hon Didmus Barasa. "I dedicate this achievement to Senator-elect for Bungoma Hon David Wafula Wakoli who has demonstrated that even if you get a chance to be a toilet sweeper, do it with dedication and without letting it prevent you from being President of a country," he added.
