Universities Should Join Other Tertiary Institutions In Offering KNEC Exams (Opinion)

Almost all the the learning and teaching Institutions in Kenya offer either KNEC or KASNEB examinations to their students at the end of every academic year to test for their abilities in different fields with exception of only universities who usually set and offer their own examinations.

My opinion is s that Kenyan universities should join other tertiary learning and teaching Institutions in offering examinations from Kenya National Examinations Council. My opinion and idea is actually based on the following major reasons.

Kenya National Examinations Council Papers are actually set and approved by National Examinations Expert to make sure that they are set according to the standard of the syllabus.Secondly, offering National Examinations in universities can bring unity and togetherness since different universities will come together to compare different skills learned in different universities.

National Examinations also bring equality in different fields competitions as different people will qualify using same route of equal standard.Kindly give also your ideas on the same.
