Good news to secondary school as government drops crucial announcement concerning disbursement of capitation funds for second term. Report shared by the local media indicates that Secondary school are likely to receive money to run the institutions next week after Belio Kipsang announced that the treasury and the National government is expected to disburse second term capitation.
Principal Secretary for Education Belio Kipsang announced the money would be wired to their respective banks as from next week. A report that has impressed many people across the country. 
Principal of Junior and Senior secondary schools have a reason to smile after the Ministry of Education and National Treasury reached a disburse capitation money by next week.
Impressively the State Department for Basic Education Belio Kipsang announced that all public secondary schools especially Junior Secondary and senior secondary will receive capitation as from next week.
