A KCPE Student Who Scored 400 Marks Is In A Dilemma To Join High School Because Of School Fees

A KCPE candidate who scored 400 marks in 2022 is in a dilemma about joining secondary school because of a lack of school fees.

The boys' father is said to have been killed by the Chief Suspect over a land dispute as he was seeking ways to help his son join Alliance School, where he was called.

The case happened on Monday at 8 p.m., when five families came to his home, pretending they came in peace, to talk about the 20 acres of land that was still in court.

By bad luck, the wife only noticed that her husband, who is 60 years old, was down while she was still inside the house. Immediately getting out to rescue her husband with a loud voice, the suspect dashed into the darkness and disappeared.

Tharaka South Sub-County Police Commander Margaret Magiri, who confirmed the information from Chief Mwanyani's location, Samuel Mucee Mbutu, rushed to the scene and found the body of Mwithi lying in a pool of blood.

They took the body to the Marimanti Level Four Hospital mortuary, where they are awaiting a postmortem, and a manhunt is also underway for the suspects who went into hiding after the incident.
