Scholarships are rare to find and when found the requirements are not easy to meet. This has locked out potential students and especially those from humble backgrounds from achieving their dreams. Our research drive us to a school in Thika where services are not only free from primary to secondary but also top notch.
The Dadas Education Centre located in Thika Athena is a charity project which preaches national integration as it hosts learner's from the entire country. A visit to the school was met with a state of the art learning facilities. The classes from primary to secondary were packed to capacity with students. The teaching staff looked awesome and the numbers too were huge.
The school offers free services to the neighborhood as dayscholars and boarding facilities which are also free from the entire country. Students were a disciplined lot and were all thankful to have been awarded the scholarship. Students who are vulnerable and from humble backgrounds can visit the school and try their luck in getting the scholarship to mould their dreams.
