The Kenya universities and colleges central placement service (Kuccps) is abody that is responsible to place students who have terminated their Kenya certificate of secondary education exams to institutions of higher learning including technical and vocational training colleges in Kenya.
The 2020 Kcse examinations were done this year on March and April due to the outbreak of Covid-19 in the world last year that affected the academic calender. The results were released on May 10th and the Kuccps first revision was announced later.
Last week a breakdown was released with the number of students who were placed was released and likewise there were quite a large number of students who were not placed due to failure meet the minimum requirements for the programmes and institutions applied for.
The students are required to revise their courses for the second time and the deadline is set to be on 05/07/2021.
