It is now seven Months after the closurer. The ministry Of Education under Professor George Magoha has moved in to reopen schools in phases. Grade 4, Class 8 and form four learners have already reported to school.

However, the School Re-opening has Suffered a major setback As new details have emerged that the stipulated 1.9 billion furniture and desks project is facing a lot of challenges as those carpenters contracted to make the school furniture's push for higher prices.

The furnitures were intended to enhance Covid 19 protocols of social distancing in schools and classes. Putting in mind that the Ministry is working on a programme to fully reopen schools and institutions of learning, this could be Big blow to the Ministry.
