Kimilili Member of parliament has asked the Cabinet secretary of Education Hon Ezekiel Machogu to order remarking of the KCPE results of Moi DEB primary school in Bungoma. According to the headteacher of the school he says he was shocked with the results that they received as a school because since the opening of the school, they haven't performed very poor as this year.
He feels that something went wrong with the marking and that remarking needs to be done so that they can believe the results they have got. Didmus Barasa has asked CS of education to order remarking of KCPE papers of that school and he has dared to move to court of his request is not taken seriously within 14 days.
The Headteacher of the school said that the first pupil in his school got 365 marks and he was shocked since that was the least marks the first pupil has ever scored since the school was opened by President Moi. It has to be noted that the marking was rushed and humans have errors. Do you think remarking should be done? Leave your comments below and kindly follow for more updates.
