While interviewing the learned intellectual, justice Majanja revealed to her that they used to call her the 'evidence lecturer' for her prowess in evidence.
"You taught us a lot of evidence, actually we have used to call you the evidence lecturer,"Justice David Majanja amid laughter from the learned professor of law.
In terms of the Building Bridges Initiative report, she has disclosed that she did not like the BBI because of some of the aspects of the report.
She noted that the only way she got engaged in the BBI was through being given the role of conducting public education on the Controversial Building Bridges Initiative report.
Among the issues that she has disclosed that the BBI will address is the accountability of the Judiciary through introduction of the Judiciary Ombudsman which the institution needs to look into.
She noted that the judiciary needs support of the public and incase the Ombudsman will ensure that accountability will bring in the light to Kenyans to whom the society looks at.
She has said that she believes that the Ombudsman is a good thing for the Judiciary saying that the Judicial Service Commission has not failed on its position as the oversight to the Judiciary.
