Those traveling to Disease zone areas were given travel passes. They were supposed to travel using specific vehicles with travel passes.
Citizen Tv has moved to Uhuru park and met several of them stranded. They were caught up with the curfew hours in town. All vehicles were not allowed to move due to the Covid-19 regulations.
Nairobi county regional commander said they will not allow anybody to move whichever the Calibre they are. Parents are still waiting for them to arrive at home. An example is students from Mukurweini who have been traveling since 4 pm. By 9pm they were nowhere to be seen.
Those students will be forced to sleep in roads until 4am. This is even after the ministry had assured them of safe travel to home.
We wish them well as they try to get home. Thanks.
