Details Emerges On How Mandago Fooled Parents In Finland Varsities Study Deal

The former Uasin Gishu county Governor Jackson Mandago has landed in trouble after details Emerge on how he fooled parents to apply for Finland varsities.

As reported by the newspaper, Mandago's government published a call for qualified applicants to apply for employment opportunities assured during and after graduation. The call received a lot of applicants from the county.

However, after undergoing vetting, 51 of them succeeded and travel plans began. Their parents were required to pay Ksh 50,000 for Visa processing other than the Ksh 12,000 they had initially been asked to pay for registration.

The county government offered an account where the payments were to be made and parents were not issued with receipts of payment. The payment made were for accomodations, travel and school fees.

All went well and students traveled to Finland to study. However, parents were shocked to see some of their children coming back home being told they have not paid for their school fees. Below is the photo for more information.
