A university student was charged after allegedly sending videos and photos of men kissing each other to a high school student.
According to reports, the college student was aged 20 years old and introduced the high school student to the immoral acts during the 10-day holiday.
The college student, Humphrey Adamba, is a veterinary student in Nairobi County. The videos and photos were sent through whatsapp to the high school student. Reports said that he had intended to perform the unnatural act with the high school student.
A police report said that the high school student had been given the android phone by his father in order to complete some assignments during the holiday.
Upon the return of the son to school, the father took the phone and that is when he bumped into the photos and videos. He was shocked after realizing what his son was up to. He reported the incident to the police and the suspect was arrested.
The suspect was charged with the offense before the Chief Magistrate of Nairobi. He was released on a bond of ksh 200,000.
