Confusion In St. Monicah Girls Hours To Tomorrow's Form One Admission Exercise

Following the changes in the academic calendars, form one students are set to officially report for term one as from tomorrow 2nd of August 2021.

This comes after the academic calendars were rescheduled following the current covid 19 pandemic that has claimed the lives of thousands of people across the globe.

As form one students report to schools, parents have been asked to be aware of heads of institutions who are planning to hike the prices of specific items such as uniforms and text books.

Parents have also been urged to observe Covid 19 protocols following the fact that they will be traveling across the country, especially those taking their children to boarding and National schools.

However, confusion has engulfed St. Monicah Girls in Kitale, Tranzoia County which has a total space capacity of less than 200 learners but the government has allocated a total of 622 form ones expected to be admitted tomorrow.

According to Daily Newspaper, a member of parliament representing Kwanza Constituency has complained over the quality of education that will be offered to such overcrowded learners.
