Form one admissions started yesterday after the parents long wait. Though many schools were expecting large turn up in their schools due to the 100 percent transition, preparedness of some schools is still in question. The same thing applies to some parents, as some are seen confused, blaming the economic drag by the Covid 19 pandemic. Though some got schools of their choice, some also could not comprehend what to do. A good example is this one parents from Siaya, who have made the Mugoiri Girls Management to be chaotic.
Under this note, Mugoiri Girls High School management has dismissed the viral story on social media showing a parent getting emotional after her child missed slot in the school despite being admitted there as fake story. The school's statement posted in their Facebook page reads, "The story circulating in social media is totally false.
The lady showed kneeling and getting emotional sought for a form one transfer to Wasabwa in Siaya county. The details of her relative who requested for her transfer are available in Nemis. The school has no mandate to retransfer the student.
The parent came to school accompanied by Media guys and despite being advised by the School Principal to be patient as she contacted the ministry she went ahead to create drama"
