Kenyans Concentrated More On Curfew Lift Forgetting About 8 Billion Goodies The President Promised

The Mashujaa day celebrations came with several goodies for Kenyans who were eagerly waiting for President Uhuru Kenyatta's and Deputy President William Ruto's speeches.

Among the things that President Uhuru Kenyatta announced today was the official lifting of the dusk to dawn curfew that was reinstated earlier last year to help in curbing Covid-19 infection spread.

However, Kenyans concentrated more on the curfew issue forgetting about other goodies the President promised.

President Uhuru Kenyatta announced that eight billion shillings will be directed to the CBC curriculum whereby more 10,000 classrooms will be built.

"President Uhuru Kenyatta has directed the national treasury to appropriate 8 billion shillings to hasten the construction of 10,000 new classrooms in readiness for the expected double transition in 2023. #Newshour @KenMijungu." The reports stated.

This is a big plus for students and parents as learning will be easened and more efficient. Watch more on the news through the link below:
