Since the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) application portal is now opened for 14 days, here are the things one must know when applying for courses.
1. Cluster points
Cluster points are categories based on the courses one wishes to apply. Therefore, each course has its own cluster points. This cluster weight will determine if you are qualified for the course you applied for or not. Therefore, Candidates are expected to observe cluster points when making their choices.
2. Career
Different careers have got different minimum subject requirements. Therefore courses such as medicine and related weighs higher when it comes to minimum subject requirements compared to other courses.
3. Application Fee
Every candidate must have to pay Ksh. 1500 as an application fee. This is mandatory as it is required before transaction will go through. Therefore application fee must be done after you have made your choices for it to go through.
