Meet Ruth Muge, A second year student at Masinde Muliro University who recently earned herself a lucrative job at Kenya Port Authority. The young talented lady from Keses, Uasingishu county did a wonderful art of Senator Prof. Margaret J. Kamar, posted it on social media platforms with one single wish, meeting her senator.
News of the talented lady quickly reached the senator who without hesitation requested to see her. The senator was surely moved after seeing the portrait of her done by the talented lady. "Today I finally met Ruth Muge, the young talented girl from Kesses, Uasin Gishu County. A second year student at Masinde Muliro University who did the wonderful piece of art of me. She is expected to start her contract at Kenya Ports Authority as part of the creative team.
Talent is resource that we intend to tap into & so I urge more young people to explore their talents more so during this Covid-19 period." Those are the senator's comments in her Facebook official page.
