These fires are in most cases started by students and parents have to suffer the brunt of the destruction as they have to pay dearly for the renovation of these schools.
According to reports reaching us just now, Maranda High school, one of the best schools in the country, is on fire again.
A few days ago, form fours from the school had to be sent home as they started chaos and only form one to three remained behind.
The source of the fire that is ongoing is still unclear but firefighters are at the scene to contain the fire.
This is the second time in the span of a few weeks that the school has caught fire under unclear circumstances.
As this scourge goes on, the government is doing its best to ensure that these fires are behind.
