Speaking to Kameme TV, the heartbroken mother revealed that the administration told her that they lit a fire for the students early in the morning for them to enjoy the heat and also burn the books as a way of celebrating end of the exams.
She was angered by the fact that her daughter was left lying alone in the dormitory in pain instead of being rushed to the hospital. The adminstration prioritized clearing other pupils to go home instead of caring for the girl who suffered serious burns on her face and hands during the incident.
The mother now wants the government to take a step against the school for endangering the life of her daughter.
Stacy is still receiving treatment and doctors say she is in a stable condition.
