Several incidents of school unrest have been reported from different parts of the country.Blogger Robert Alai has now appealed to the ministry of education to take measures in order to curb school fire.
Alai has urged education cabinet secretary George Magoha to dissolve all board of school management of schools with unrests and new board members elected.He further added that school principals must also be removed and be held to account.
In his opinion, blogger Robert Alai suggested that the school calendar should be revised as students are tired and exhausted.
"Every school should send proof to the ministry of education that they have activated alumni and encourage meetings between alumni,teachers and current students" Robert Alai tweet.
Alai further advised education cabinet secretary George Magoha to ban classrooms which start from 4am to 10pm.He said that teachers are using the 4AM to 10PM classrooms for extra money and termed it as corruption.
Alai added that the ministry of education time table should be adhered to,as per the directives from 8am to 4pm.
He further suggested that those in boarding section should have an evening preps until 9pm,and morning preps to start at 6am.
