School Heads Receive Good News As The Ministry Of Education Issues New Directives On CBC

Good news to school heads as the Ministry Of Education issues new directives on Competency Based Curriculum. This comes when the ministry of education is currently rushing against the clock to ensure that the 2020 third term academic calendar has been utterly completed. Currently both form one and grade five students have not reported to their respective schools, this is because the first term of the 2021 academic calendar is commencing on July 26 this is as scheduled by education stakeholders. Equally the ministry of education is currently working hard to ensure the new education system known as Competency Based Curriculum has worked properly as planned before.

School heads have now received good news as the ministry of education gives this new twist on Competency Based Curriculum (CBC). The ministry of education through CS Prof George Magoha has revealed that it is planning to upgrade some primary schools and expand infrastructures in the primary schools in order to accommodate the junior secondary school learners. This is good news to the school principals because they have been worried on which infrastructures they could place junior secondary learners.
