Kenyan teachers have a reason to smile as Teachers Service Commission's boss Nancy Macharia Reveals good news, affirming TSC's deal with presidency. This comes as Kenya Kwanza Alliance's government took leadership as it aims to fulfill the set plans to teachers.
Kenya Kwanza government said that it will cater for interest of teachers by working in correlation with teachers union. According to Chief Executive Officer of Teachers Service Commission's Nancy Macharia, the commission is in talks with the presidency to ensure that more teachers are being recruited.
"Allow me from the onset to assure all our welfare partners and all the teachers in the country that consultations are ongoing with the presidency on teacher recruitment and that we will be giving progress on this,” Macharia said.
Nancy Macharia said that teachers now should expect good things forward regarding recruitment of new teachers as per Kenya Kwanza charter.
“We assure that Kenyan teachers can only expect good things going forward and we will be telling you on how to go about this recruitment as per the Kenya Kwanza charter,” he added.
