Kenyans online have come together to praise and condemn young boy who was seen clinging onto a lorry while going to school. According to a story shared by Tuko News, the boy is seen clinging onto the levers on the back door of the lorry.
Kenyans came out to lash out at him fr engendering his life while others praised him for being determined to go to school. Majority however said that the act was wrong and he should be condemned.
Others said that he was determined to arrive in school no matter the circumstances. A few months ago, a small b oy was seen carrying his sister to school maneuvering through traffic trying to beat time. Well wishers came out and bought the siblings bikes to reward them.
According to a research done by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the distance to school, as not all households afford paying transport is a major impeding factor to school attendance in Kenya.
