Big Blow To School Subordinates Staffs As First Term Holiday Break Kick Off Next Week (opinion)

Education is that one field which provides opportunity to many individuals of different job categories in our country Kenya.

As earlier confirmed by the Kenyan CS of education professor George Magoha, following the amendment of the education calenders after the pandemic strike, all schools to resume from their first term holiday next week.

Without forgetting, non staff workers are one of the most important constituents in a complete school organisation. They entirely depends on the little they get from performing some duties within the school setting. Attending to the dominatories, staff room cleaning, cocking for both learners and the facilitators and even fencing and slashing of the school compound are among the duties they are always responsible for in the school .

Despite the time span for this holiday which is going to be comparatively shorter than the others before, spanning for only a week, these workers are greatly going to be affected. Some of them are the parents to those getting admitted to form one and even Universities and colleges. There is alot to be bought for the admission, and above all the school fees.

They are the breadwinners to the family and that amount from these schools is what they compensate this with. Therefore I join hand with the rest to advice them to take hurt as they will soon resume their jobs in a weeks time
