Member of parliament of Rarieda constituency Paul Otiende Amollo has been in politics for sometimes now, and he has served in various political positions in Kenya. Otiende has a very motivating life story, and many people are doesn’t know about it.
Otiende was born at Maseno in the year 1971, and his birthday is always on 1st of February. Maseno is located in Kisumu county, and it is very famous for producing good leaders. Otiende started schooling at Maseno mixed primary school, and he was a very brilliant boy.
He joined Maranda boys high school, after he was through with primary school. Otiende scored an A plan in his final exam, and this marked the beginning of his success. Many politicians have gone through high school system, but only a few of them managed to score A plane in Knec exams.
He worked very hard, so that he can achieved this success. Otiende later enrolled at the University of Nairobi, and he took a course in law. This is one of the courses in Kenya which many politicians avoided like a plague.
Many of the politicians in Kenya today didn’t study law or politics, but they are currently doing it. Otiende has gone through a lot of hardship, so that he can become successful story. He dropped out of primary school at one point, because his family was very poor. He wanted to work as a fisherman, so that he could help his family.
Otiende's fathered was sucked, and he became jobless. He was unable to provide for the family, but Otiende was encouraged by his aunt not to give up on education. He took the advice of his aunt, even though he studied with a lot of difficulties.
Otiende married Lilian Amollo, and they have a wonderful family. They are currently blessed with six children, and they are doing well.
