Police officers based on Kericho town managed to control the situation in Kipsigis girls high school in Kericho County after launching a peaceful demonstration outside the school at 4 a.m today. According to the report from the head girl of the school, she revealed that they decided to take such action after their principal was shifted to Moi Eldoret girls after posting good results in the last year KCSE. She acknowledged the principal as hardworking and they did not want him to leave the premises after showing that she is the best principal in just a few years after arriving in the school.
Furthermore, the ministry of education has called upon to students yo remain calm and they should go back to school to continue with their studies simply because they will take the right measures. They called upon all the school learners that they should use the right channels in case they have an issue in their school.
