Regardless of the kenyan children background,The teachers service Commission TSC has reaffirmed it's commitment to ensuring quality education to all children.Kenyan schools are lacking enough teachers as the teachers unions agree while others have been aggravated by Covid 19 effects and natural calamities.
The newly nominated commission chairman Jamleck Muturi while speaking during his inauguration he failed to address the sticky issues of discipline, promotions and teacher union relations.
The active Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu,TSC boss Nancy Macharia among other government officials witnessed the swearing in of Jamleck Muturi at the supreme Court.The new chairman praised the teaching profession lamenting that teachers strive everyday to help learners develop character,discover talent and acquire knowledge.
