If you frequently visit social media you have come across Ezekiel Mochagu at some point. He is a new cabinet secretary of education who preceded professor George Magoha. Today the ministry of education has released the Kenya certificate of primary education results few hours ago. The cabinet secretary has announced that the top candidate had four hundred and thirty one marks out of five hundred marks. This has showed an incredible increase from last year KCPE results where the first candidate scored four hundred and twenty eight marks.
The cabinet secretary has also revealed that this year girls performed better than boys which has made them lead in English and mathematics subjects. Ezekiel Mochagu also noticed that there were increase for those candidates who have scored 400 marks and above comapre to last year, as he hinted out over nine thousand candidate scored four hundred and above marks in the just concluded exam.
