The first term of 2021 was scheduled to start on 26th July 2021 and end on October 1, 2021. Term 2 and 3 are scheduled to start on November 11, 2021, and January 3, 2022, respectively. This is according to the new school's calendar developed by the ministry of education in partnership with the National government.
The ministry of education came up with a new school calendar with new learning dates, break dates, and also national examination dates. The previous school calendar was changed after the president ordered all schools in the country to be closed due to the covid-19 pandemic.
The new timetable has set the 2021 national examination dates as from March to April next year. The main examinations are scheduled to kick on Monday 28th of March next year.
Here is the Kenya national examination council K.C.S.E timetable for 2021 examinations to be done next year.According to me, the school terms are short and learners will not manage to cover everything in the syllabus.
