The CNN heroes award winner has spiked debate in the country after it emerged that the ODM leader Raila Odinga game her ksh 300,000 before heading to the United States for scholarship. Cheboi said that she had everything set for her trip to thee states to accomplish her dreams but lacked the airticket fare something that forced her to get stranded before she left the country. However, her journey to America only came to reality again after her meeting Raila Odinga who facilitated her travel to America for her scholarship studies.
