It was a saddening incident after police officer shot a student during a demonstration by the university's comrades over increased cases of insecurity. This was after the students complained over Attacks from robbers. Another incident was reported when two police officers, Kevin Sila and his counterpart attacked two students on their way back to their hostels.
During the demonstrations, chaos erupted abd police officers were called upon to ensure there is peace. However, police officer, corporal Michael Mulwa was reported to have shot a student. He was arrested after being suspected to have shot Brilliant Anusu.
Brilliant was rushed to Machakos level 5 hospital where he has been receiving medical attention.
Recent information has been shared, alleging that Brilliant has lost his life at the hospital.
