The teachers across the country have less days remaining to complete the syllabus ahead of the coming National exams. They have been doing their best to ensure that the students excel in their exams.Luckily,CS Magoha has already assured the candidates that the exams will be fair to them. This means that they should not panic.
Today,TSC has scaled up the efforts to make sure that the schools that face accute teacher shortages are virtually taken care of.The Commission has launched virtual lessons where one teacher can teach more schools at the same time. While speaking,Dr Nancy Macharia said that this should not mean that employment of teachers will be interfered with.
Currently, applications are ongoing for new teachers after TSC announcing close to 3000 slots.Primary schols had 2053 chances. However, the first time applicants together with those who never applied last year on July have been dealt a blow.TSC has clarified that those who will be employed will be picked from last July's list. This is likely to dissapoint many teachers who may now not apply.
