KCPE Top Performer Alleged That She Might Not Join High school Due To Lack of Fees

Top Performers usually become popular due to their excellent work at school. They are seen as the light of our next generation hence they are respected by the society.

Faith Mumo featured on many newspapers headline after she scored 433 marks out of 500 in the last KCPE examination. She was the best candidate in her school not only in academics but also in displine.

Recently, the Ministry of Education headed by prof George Magoha announced the release of form one admission letters to various school in the country. Form one students are expected to join as from the beginning of August this year. Parents have already started arrangements concerning their students admissions.However there are those parents who are stuck and have no other options of getting fees.

Despite Faith Mumo great performance in the 2020 KCPE, she is not sure of whether she will join high school. Her father reveals that Mumo was required to join Kenya High School but due to lack of school fees he might not do so.

According to his father via Kenyan Report, he has alleged that many people promised to finance his daughter's school fees but now they disappeared. "There are several people and corporate organization and private organization and leaders who promised to support us but have since gone silent," Mumo's father has said.

He pleads to any well wisher who might help him to educate his daughter revealing that he needs at least need ksh 120,000.
