Teachers Happy As TSC as the Law Society Of Kenya Nelson Havi promises to challenge TSC in court over the teachers refresher courses. The Teachers Service Commission has been at the forefront to ensure that teachers are enjoying the services they receive from the commission. Also all the teachers' unions which are the Kenya National Union Of Teachers and Kenya Union Of Post Primary Education Teachers are working hard to ensure that all teachers' grievances are channelled to the Teachers Service Commission. As a result teachers have been raising concerns over the refresher courses which the Teachers Service Commission directed 340,000 teachers in this count to undertake in their own expenses.
However teachers are now happy as the Teachers Service Commission is headed to court over these issues. The President of Law Society Of Kenya (LSK) Nelson Havi is now seeking to challenge the roll out refresher courses for the 340,000 tutors across this country, as is required by the Teachers Service Commission in a fresh deal. Havi termed this move as oppressive to the teachers. This sounds as good news to all teachers across this country.
